Damages

Please inspect your item(s) upon delivery. If there is any visible damage, make a note when signing for the delivery. Should you discover any damage:

 

Report It Promptly: Email photos of the damaged item(s) to returns@thebathvanities.com as soon as possible.

 

Our Assistance: We’ll handle the insurance claim on your behalf to ensure a smooth resolution.

    Cancellations & Refunds

     

    Before Processing: If you cancel your order before it has been processed at the warehouse, we will issue a full refund at no cost. Simply contact us via orders@thebathvanities.com or call (833) 649-0051.

    After Processing: Orders canceled after processing may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.

    After Shipping: If your order has already shipped, you (the customer) are responsible for both the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used at purchase.

      Returns

       

      We accept returns on most unused items in their original packaging within 25 days of purchase. Please note:

      Shipping Costs: You are responsible for both the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost, as well as a restocking fee of up to 25%.

      Proof of Return: Please provide tracking information to confirm the item has been safely returned to our warehouse.
