1. Free Outbound Shipping
- Where we ship free: 48 contiguous U.S. states (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories).
- Small-parcel items ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
- Oversized items ship by insured LTL curbside freight unless you request an upgrade at checkout (extra cost).
2. Order Confirmation & Stock Check
- Instant e-mail confirms we received your order and pre-authorized your card.
- Stock verification: we confirm availability with the manufacturer.
- In stock: we capture payment and hand off to the carrier (typically within 1-3 business days).
- Back-order / unavailable: we void the authorization and e-mail you.
3. Processing & Transit Times
Stage
Processing time: 1-3 business days.
Transit (Avg.): Small-Parcel 3-7 business days, LTL Freight 5-10 business days.
Made-to-Order brands (e.g., Atlantis, Meditub, select Anzzi) add 2-3 weeks production before the transit times above. These items are non-cancellable and non-returnable once production starts
4. Receiving Your Shipment
- Inspect before signing.
- Major visible damage: refuse the entire shipment.
- Minor or partial damage: note every issue on the Proof of Delivery and keep the boxes.
- Report damages within 48 hours to returns@thebathvanities.com with photos of the product and packaging.
- Missing or concealed damage reported after 48 hours may forfeit eligibility for free replacement parts.
5. Return & Exchange Policy
Return window: Within 25 days of delivery (based on carrier tracking).
Condition: Unused, uninstalled, and in new, re-sellable condition with all original packaging, manuals & parts.
Authorization: E-mail returns@thebathvanities.com for a Return. No unauthorized returns will be accepted.
Shipping costs: Customer is responsible for both outbound and return freight. We can e-mail you a prepaid label and deduct the cost from your refund, or you can use an insured, trackable service of your choice.
Restocking fee: Minimum 25 % on all voluntarily returned items.
Inspection: Refunds are issued only after our warehouse verifies the item meets the “new & in-box” standard. Items that fail inspection will be refused or incur higher fees.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Merchandise received more than 25 days ago
- Installed, used, scratched, dented, or otherwise not as new
- Products without original packaging or with writing/labels on the factory box
- Custom, special-order, or made-to-order products (including all made-to-order brands listed above)
- Item marked Final Sale / Clearance
6. Manufacturing Defects & Wrong Items
- Within 30 days of delivery we will replace, at our expense, any item confirmed defective or shipped in error.
- If the product is found not to be defective, the return falls under the standard policy (shipping + restocking fee).
- After 30 days, please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty service.
7. Cancellations
- Before shipment staging: full refund upon request.
- After staging or pickup: order follows the Return Policy above.
- Custom / made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun
