We offer Free Shipping within the Continental United States.

Order Confirmation

Once you place an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately. This email confirms that we’ve received your order and pre-authorized your payment. Next, we contact our suppliers to verify that your items are in stock and ready for shipping.

In Stock: If your items are in stock and ready to ship within 5 business days, we’ll process the payment and prepare the order for shipment.

Out of Stock or Backordered: If any items are unavailable, we’ll void the pre-authorization on your payment method and email you promptly.

Standard Processing Time: We typically process orders for items in stock within 1-3 business days.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary by destination, but once the order has shipped, the average transit time is 5-10 business days.

Receiving Your Shipment

Delivery is made curbside for large or LTL (Less-than-Truckload) shipments unless requested otherwise.

Upon receiving your delivery:

Inspect Carefully: If you notice any visible damage on the package, please note it on the Proof of Delivery receipt.

Significant Damage: If the damage is extensive, please refuse the entire shipment and inform us at returns@thebathvanities.com.

Minor Damage: If only a part of the shipment is affected, accept the delivery, note the damage, and contact us within 48 hours to arrange for a free replacement of parts.

Please note: Reporting damages within 48 hours is required to qualify for free replacement parts.

Return Policy 

To request a return or replacement, we’ll need to inspect the returned item to ensure it is in “new” condition. Once received and verified, we’ll issue a full refund, minus the original freight charges and a restocking fee of up to 25% (if applicable).
