Receiving Your Shipment

For larger items, our standard delivery method is LTL curbside delivery, unless otherwise requested.

  • Significant Damage: If the package has significant visible damage, please refuse the shipment entirely.
  • Minor Damage: If only part of the shipment is damaged, accept the package but note all issues on the Proof of Delivery receipt and report them to us within 48 hours.

  • Important: Failure to report damages within 48 hours may disqualify you from receiving free replacement parts.

Return Policy
